We all know that learning and development cost time and money. The good news is that even a modest investment in training and development shows employees that they are valued.

Employees who feel appreciated by being given opportunities to learn and develop their skills will generally feel more satisfaction toward their jobs, their managers and their organisations as compared to employees that receive little or no ongoing learning and support.
