In a 2018 report from the Gallup organisation, turnover amongst millennials (up to age 25) is high. Did you know that only around 50% of those millennial surveyed, planned to be with the company one year from the time of the interview?

Gallup estimated that employee replacement costs can be 150% of the employee’s annual salary or more.
