Of course, everybody is going to do certain tasks at work a little differently. But, that’s not to say you shouldn’t be interested in ensuring uniformity around a standard set of skills.
For example, should everyone answer the phone in a similar way? Should everybody be encouraged to bring a notebook to meetings? What about safety procedures?
