Ongoing training improves uniformity of work processes

Of course, everybody is going to do certain tasks at work a little differently. But, that’s not to say you shouldn’t be interested in ensuring uniformity around a standard set of skills.

For example, should everyone answer the phone in a similar way? Should everybody be encouraged to bring a notebook to meetings? What about safety procedures?

When employees in a workplace are given the training to perform tasks in a certain way, it helps to reduce errors and to standardise the work process among the staff.
