Should your training include learning about your company’s processes, vision, values, and key policies?

Often when a new staff member is inducted the manager doing the induction talks about policies, procedures and the like. The trouble is, that could have occurred months or even years ago.

It’s important to keep topic such as your organisation’s vision, your values, your key policies – including customer service as an ongoing part of your training programs.

After all, what someone might have learned five years ago may not be at the forefront of their minds today.
