What do training and development mean to your organisation?

Let’s be honest, after the ravages of COVID 19 on almost every small to medium size business in some way or another, contemplating learning and development is probably not a major priority for many senior leaders and HR managers. After all, you’re probably focusing on other issues such as how to generate sales or income, how you keep certain staff working from home or back in the office, and how do successfully navigate through 2021 and beyond.

Even though these are important issues, I would like to put it to you that encouraging a culture of ongoing learning and development within your organisation should also be at the forefront of your thinking and strategies.
