What is a learning culture?

A learning culture is what you observe in a workplace where employees embrace new knowledge and ideas, can quickly adapt and change, and actively look for ways to continually improve their skills, service, and make a more significant difference in their organisation.

A learning culture is championed and driven by an organisation’s senior leaders. They do this by providing opportunities for every manager and employee to gain new knowledge, develop their abilities, and to expand their skills.
